or send in the payment via snail mail. I tried to pay online and couldn't. Not until this morning did I get the mssg that online payments would not be accepted - ever. Before that they said we could make online payments after the cap was met.
BTW, even if I was aware of this yesterday that seems like an awful short notice for those who spent hours trying to get on. Is there any (good) reason the deadline for payment cannot be extended?
