Subject: walk back in time

My folks came down with a box they found in the attic. It was full of all my letters I wrote home and orders, plane tickets, all kinds of things.
All my letters had dates and places on them so I can just walk back though my time in the army this is all the way from basic to nam.
I never wrote them anything about battles or fire fights so as not to worry them. They said I wasn't fooling them anyway so wish I had put some firefights in there.
I can tell by the dates and were we are at what was going on.
I orders for combat infantryman badge for hhc. I have a training schedule from 9-14 Jan. for mortar platoon fort hood, Texas anyone remember 2lt Nelson, SSG Loomis, PSG Sauls, 2LT Discoll.
If anyone wants a copy of these or if any dates will help you I would be more then happy to send you what I got.

Wow Mick, what a treasure you have found. I have only been able to find one letter. Are there any photos in there? Great find. Rigo
