Seems like almost every time I find a good looking spot on public land, there is a ladder stand over looking it.

What can be done about these "spot hogs" who leave their stands up all year? Public land should be first-come, first-served.

I don't want to hunt on top of somebody and I would respect someone who got there first, but these stands have been up for years! You don't know whether they plan to bowhunt, muzzle load hunt, gun hunt or all of the above.

Is it just me or does this bother anyone else?
