Sure it bothers me but you learn to live with it. I have always found other locations as back ups. I look at it this way I'd rather hunter by myself away from others rather then share an area and most of the time "I" have better luck on my second and third choice locations because they are location others have not been in for a while.

On the other hand I can see the point about the stands being there and you dont have any idea if anyone is hunting in it. If it looks real old to me and there is pine straw on it I figure that it wont be used. Its a real what if situation.. Just try to have a few more spots picked out because it is public land and we as a group of hunters must get along. (my opinion)
