Hi Cris,

fantastic work , some remarks though:

1-different approaches ,with sometimes confusing meanings, have been pushed (use of commas, very important)
2-For the time being....( should be a new paragraph)
3-development require an awareness of a need to change. ( awarness of need to change) ??? no?? I am not really sure about this.

I guess that would be all
