Subject: Re: I'm a director of a state scholarship system. I would love to compete and hopefully win. How do I approach another system about entering without them thinking negatively? To me this is a personal decision and me being their queen could attract more girls to enter their system, however some feel like it's something else. I would love good feedback and help before I get my hopes up only for someone to pre-judge me.
