I'm in the uk so it's a british channel. The programmes are available online if you look at www.channel4.com/4od/index.html

The first programme is called 'dispatches-why our children can't read'
I hope you're able to find it.
The 2nd programme is a series of 3 called last chance kids about a London school taking on Ruth Miskin's approach to teaching synthetic phonics.
