 There are good things and bad things between picking first and last in the pool. Although last pick gets the last choice in the draft, they do get to pick two in a row ranked 14th and 15th.

Good idea, but to really be fair, I'd give the tiebreaker to whoever picked between 6th-8th, because they have the roughest go in my opinion.
