Hey this fest is 13 miles down the road from me, if any of you all need a place to crash you are welcome at my home :) This fest is kinda cool they shut down downtown Valpo, and it is a like big party with a craft fair and a paraid mixed in. it is actually kinda strange but they do have a stage and some good music some times. this year looks good
on the main stage Noon-2:00pm Pink Houses, 1:45-3:15pm Instant Karma, 3:30-5:00pm Takabite, 5:15-6:30pm Planetary Blues Band. on the other stage Noon-1:00pm Acousticats,
1:15-2:30pm Crawpuppies, 2:40-3:40pm Drena Reign, 4:00-5:00pm,Into the Light, 5:30-6:30pm Wishboxx
I know that Takabite,Planetary Blues Band and Crawpuppies are worth seeing I dunno bout the other bands.and you can drink beer in the street, always a plus.here is a link to there site http://www.popcornfest.org/popcorn.html .If craft fairs,crowds,beer,and good music aren't your thing I also live like 15 miles from lake michigan (to hang and swim) and I live like 15 steps from lake gorge (if you wanna fish[but dont eat em]) so come on down I got tons of floor space,we will crank up the radio station bust out the night bocce and pretend it is blottopia
