Subject: Faraday's getting assertive!

It seems like Daniel is going to be the star of this season for me. He's getting more and more confident the more wonky the situation becomes.

Love that Richard is on all the time now but I'm jealous that he wears mascara better than I do. =)

Penny and Desmond and Charlie are an adorable family and man, Desmond was hot while in England. There's no way Widmore didn't send an agent to trail him, though. And dude, we saw Widmore on the island! I think that's as awesome as Locke did.

I was so worried that we would lose the island as backdrop when all of the promos showed so much city stuff.

He did look hot when in England indeed. Great hair. And Penny and Desmond are still adorable together and now have a little Telemachus! It's both sweet and funny they named him Charlie because it works as a tribute to rock singer Charlie but he's also Charles 'grandson.

Not sure about the Latin thing. All the flashbacks we got before, about the life of the Others, never showed them speaking latin, so Juliet's explanation isn't convincing. Perhaps it was just to set the line about "enligten language" since it's a Desmond David Hume episode.

I agree that seeing young Charles Widmore on the island was a cool twist though.

I loved the fact that Locke is the one who actually sent Richard to visit him! The compass stuff is well done too.

Ah the mystery that is Richard Alpert...

I've been just breathless since the the opener. So many twists & turns, character arcs, mind-bending mysteries, and even a few answers.
