Oh! We'll get it some day alright. When we are all in Hell and "...those who hold their manhood cheaply" will no longer be in fear their own sons will hold them up for comparison. That's when we'll get it. While I finally received a copy of my orders for my first CIB and my second CIB the DoD still says I am only authorized one CIB. Duh. God Bless America.
