Subject: 11th Bgd.3/1 Inf. B Co Americal Div. 68-69

Ijust want to say that we did a lot of combat assaults on hot LZs getting shot up and shot at by NVA and we deserve the air assault medal. I've just sent off for correction of my DD-214 I have 2 Purple Hearts and want my CIB and AIR ASSAULT medal on my DD-214. KEEP THE GOOD FIGHT OF FAITH
