If you thought you finally had a total ban on me Oldie, I'm sorry to disappoint you. With work, baseball, and my vegetable patch, I just haven't had time to mess with you. I figured I'd start off with a long, long post from Megan. Glad to see Jessica is smoking heavily again.

Bob, I've not seen Lisa smoke this week although my friend's son would lover for her to have a cigarette.
I'm at the motel. Checkout is noon and we return to the world of campers.
We have cabins which have a ceiling fan but no AC. They also have no wireless connection as found in this motel. It was strange last night stepping just outside the dance area with my longtime friend Nell. Nell went back to smoking when they had the motel the night before us.
It was stranger to see her daughter Jacki step over with us to smoke. The first time a boy asked Jacki to dance while standing with us, she showed him the freshly lit cigarttte as the reason she was turning down an offer to dance.
Jacki is tall and thin. Jessica is 5-foo-3 and shows off what is a full body coming way too soon. She seems not to smoke in the dance area but makde up for that during the days.
When Jacki came with us later to smoke a second cigarette, she stepped on it as the boy approached and accepted the offer to dance. She was with the boy until the lights went out.
Back at the cabins, she chained bummer as she and Jessica talked about the boys they met. They sat at a table with Norman and Betsy, the girl he befriended. When Norman went to the restroom, Betsy also bummed a Marlboro Light from Jessica, saying she normally does not smoke but Norman has her "rattled."
Nell has set a quit date of after July 4. They've invited us to come and watch the fireworks show from a covered slab they have that overlooks a lake and gives a great fireworks show.
I had planned to quit smoking Sunday but decided to accept an invitation to visit Nell and put off quitting until then. I'm sure Jessica won't mind. If Jacki is still smoking, I hope she is buying if she is still smoking.
In high school, Nell had trouble making it through school days without a cigarette her senior year.
Like I said, it's off to the camping area. It's without an internet connection but it's really heaven, especially for the kids.

We're going back to the outdoor dance at the place where we are semi-camping.
We've been camping since Saturday and will head home Sunday. The dance is every night. Music is courtesy of a juke box. As darkness falls, the place fills. People come from surrounding towns, surrounding recreation area and from the many campers inside the park.
We don't mean to spy but we just love dancing a few dances.
I'm not sure what the smoking rules are but adults stand on the edge and smoke. Kids seem to disappear in the heavy wooded and hilly area to smoke. We hope they are smoking.
Jessica is smoking heavily during the day, but generally stays in the dance area without smoking. I don't think Lisa is smoking.
We're in a cabin next to the family of an old friend, Nell. When we were 17, Nell took up smoking in a big way. By college, I was smoking rather heavily, too.
Nell quit as she began to get a family. She always shared a pack with me at the summer gatherings our families have had for about 10 years.
This year is different in that completely picked up the habit again a few months ago. She quit in March and has gone cold turkey. Her husband insisted that she not have just a few because that's how her habit came back.
They had the motel last night while we watched all 8 kids. It's our night at the motel tonight. Until Wednesday night, we had spent our nights in the large but un-airconditioned cabins. There's electricity and even a kitchen.
Ceiling fans are not bad. Big pecan and other trees provide plenty of shade and the humidity is not bad. Instead of coming to the outdoor dance, Neal and Nell went to a bar and drank the night away. After a sip or two, Nell needed a cigarette.
We had lunch with them while leaving the kids at the park. Nell was still smoking at lunch. She said she was not decided if she would tell her kids. She is aware that her daughter Jacki has had some cigarette and is even working out of a pack at the park. Jessica is the only obvious smoker of the kids. Their older son, Norman, is real athletic and does not smoke. He's 16.
Jacki turned 15 Sunday and has really grown like a weed. That's an expression. Her only weed is tobacco, I think. Nell told me in private that she sometimes smoked with Jacki when they smoked. That was without the knowledge of her husband or other kids.
She is also aware that Ned, the younger boy, smokes. Over dinner, Nell smoked Parliaments. We're both aware that Ned has a great interest in Lisa. Jess is having no trouble finding boys without showing an interest in Norman. Neal and Nell have a daughter named Janie. She's only 11 and pretty well developed for a girl that age. She's only a year older but so much more mature.
She accepts a dance and returns to sit near her parents. It's a place where people from 8 to 80 attempt to dance. One of the 8's is our second son.
Off to the dance. See you in the morning. Then it may be silence until Sunday night or Monday morning.
