Real quick now. Faith, the good girl with the sacred name is really here to get her Mrs. She and Alice worked together and decided that was not working so they came to this junior college at the ripe old age of 21.
Since a smoking, drinking, hurling episode Saturday, Faith has been out to prove she can handle such things. Alice, her roommate, follows along to protect.
Faith got sick but hung around and even smoked a few more cigarettes. I'm sure she had smoked a pack in her lifetime up until that time.
It seems that in attendance last Saturday night was a man a couple of years older who met Faith again at the local place we sometimes dine out. This place has the tasty snacks and allows smoking which is Wilma's lure.
Faith has continued to smoke. Alice has not. This guy said hello and told her he was at the place with a date. He asked the ladies if they wanted a drink and Faith said she would have a beer. Alice remained non-smoking, non-drinking and concerned.
When Forrest said he would call a friend, Alice perked up. Faith lit up. It all ended with success as the foursome left the place and the ladies made it to the dorm in time.
By then, Alice was trying to smoke also. She said the guys like them to smoke so why not.
I mean, afterall, they didn't come here for their health.
