Subject: Sizzlin' Smokin' Susan Starts off Monday

Sheesh! Who could wade through all that, but at least I can always find out whether "Amber who goes with my son" is still smoking.

Please tell us about your smoking Monday. Megan, I see you slipped back for one little cigarette. Knowing others who have quit smoking, I know that is a problem.
Well to all the new and regular posters.
At the house behind my house, we have some largely uncontrolled young people. The big family moving is is not a dream. It's turned into a nightmare. It's clear this 12-year-old girl goes out back and smokes.
Lacy, their 12-year-old seems to have the smoking habit as bad as Laine, their 16-year-old. The kids are stacked one after another. Laine is finishing her sophomore year in high school. Their second, Cassie is completing her freshman year in high school. She apparently smoked with Laine but is not a regular smoker. She's just about to turn 15. Tom junior is in the 8th grade and will be 14 in July.
The skipped a year to have Lacy, who may have only started smoking when they moved here. She is already enrolled in local schools and has her fan club, which includes my youngest son.
He asked me if smokes comes out someone's nose, does that mean they inhale. I don't him it was possible to let smoke out the nose without inhaling. I don't know if he's asking for himself or Lacy or some of the others.
Marilyn, who works with me, has daughters Heidi and Tammy coming over. Heidi is in the 8th grade, along with Tom Jr. and Tammy is in the 6th grade with Lacy, my son, and others. Another regular coming over is Kelli, also in the 6th grade. She's the daughter of Elaine, who tried a pack of cigarettes over the weekend with her husband gone. Elaine's oldest child, Ellen, has taken up smoking in her senior year.
Right now, Elaine's longtime friend Brooke is smoking like she is trying to make up for lost time. I've noticed so many new smokers can tolerate but find a reason not to keep it up.
Sone-Ree, mother of Kim, was reluctant to try them (family tradition) and then was going to smoke socially but saw her total get past 10 a day before stopping. Linda, the mother of the girl my oldest son goes with, also made a similar trial but stopped when her young girls were doing it. Amber, who goes with my son, sometimes smokes and sometimes does not.
Heed this Megan: It took only a few cigarettes for Juanita to end a 18-month quitting period. She's in her upper 40s and started at the tender age of 10. She quickly got on Newports and is way past a pack a day.
Please tell us about your smoking Monday.
