Subject: Strange but true

Why is it that there are "dress designers" that make clothes for other people, but will pay someone else to make their own daughter's dresses? That sounds completely stupid! If you can not make your own dd a dress, how in the hell can you make one for another child? Same thing about Hair & Make-up?
