I have a pageant system and a girl who is new to pageants won Elite Supreme at my last one. I can't speak for anyone else, however. My DD also does pageants and what I have experienced is that sometimes she wins big and sometimes she does not at the same pageant system. -- PAGEANT HAPPENINGS!!
