Subject: Heres an idea!!!!

Ok I'm from the 30's crowd!!!I use to make fun of my parents music.But I don't know how you can tell the doo wop crowd its station back and not give then doo wop.Now I'm not a big fan of it although i do like some.But alot of todays music are remakes of old music because they had great meaning and character that made you feel good.Now the last time i checked my parents are retired and not dead!!!They still like there music as well as the rest of the 50's crowd.The last time i checked they still spend money so why would the advertisers not want to cater to them..Isn't that the reason we have WCBS BACK!!!!!Now like i said there must be a segments each day for the years 1952-1964.But certain Dj's mus t do it.We can't have Broadway bill or Joe Causi do it.That would turn people like me off.But Bring back harry harrison and cousin brucie and Ron Lundy back and it would work.Even mix in the old jinjles and peopl would feel at home again.I would let people like joe causi stick to 70's and 80's stuff.I can't remember a radio station that was missed so much and that angered many people for leaving.So lets bring iot back the 50's music.Let the free market deicide if it should stay or go.What do you think??
