Wow they pulled you off another message board? Is that because you disagreed & said you're enjoying WCBS FM? That's really sad & I do agree with you I made the *huge mistake* not once, twice but several several times thinking that I'd "give Jack a try" & figured after a while they'd have calmed down with the snide comments toward the WCBS listeners & every single time I'd turn on the radio & go to 101.1 (I'd just stopped turning on the radio) there they'd be with the nasty comments & a play list that wasn't ANYTHING like what is being played on WCBS FM now. I loved the 50's stuff to but the 60's is in every sense of the word "oldies" & just the name "Frankie Valli" says that. Now I'm again hearing the beach boys, beatles, Martha & the Vandelles, the Surpremes, temptations & the list goes on & on. And yes every once in a while they've thrown in something from the 50's. I've thought the mix has been a real good one & like you I've really been enjoying it.
