Thanks for pointing this out Larry. I was 15 and working as a camp counselor in The Bronx when it happened. During our day trips on the school buses, the bus radio alternated between WMCA and WABC in previous years when I was a camper at the same camp.

On this great day, I was sitting in the bus with a couple of other counselors and the driver was flipping the dial when we heard this new great station.

I hope it is true. We need good music and great personalities back -- the way radio should be!!!
