I agree with you entirely. I was not sticking up for Joe as Charlie Mac said I was. I agree with you on Max Kinkel as I mentioned to Charlie. I believe the people responsible for the downfall of CBS-FM was not Joe, but the bosses at Infinity. I think Joe fought to keep 50's music on the station. This is why the last thing he did before he was fired was to bring back Norm N. Nite to host the Hall of Fame show on Sunday Nights. Infinity no longer plays 50's music on any of its oldies stations including WOGL and WJMK-HD. When Dave Logan was hired as program Director, the station really began to go downhill because the bosses at infinity were running the station as they were at the end of Joe's reign. The program director at that time was just a title because the bosses at infinity were making all the decisions and they were the wrong one's that led to the stations demise on June 3rd.
