Subject: A quandry

My question goes like this... WE have no Oldies format because regardless of ratings etc. those of us who comprise the majority of the audience are not a desireable demographic ( don't spend buy or influence spending }. Why is it then that television advertising finds us so attractive? The music we grew up with is used to back up a growing percentage of the products and services on TV. Why not on the radio?
