In a way you are right that is board was created for loyal listeners to vent their anger towards Infinity for taking our oldies away from us. I have done that many times and I have been blasted by several people on this board for repeating everything what went on starting with the format change. IF these people supported my efforts instead of blasting me, we would have gotten somebodys attention. I did it because it made me feel better as you said. I will admit that a door has not opened to give us a full time oldies station but what Bruce is saying is that he is making the best of a bad situation. I am 54 years old and I have an IPOD filled with music, many of them oldies, I listen to Saturday Night Oldies, CD's and stations on the internet. This is the best alternative we have right now. Again, it is not the same as listening to oldies on the radio at home or in your car. Yes, people who are on fixed incomes and can not afford sattelite radio's and other alternatives are the real losers.
