I had gone to Hackensack to help my cousin with his brand new computer.

We had spent some time walking thru a few programs, and I was showing him a few different browsers and setting up a few bookmarks for him.

I asked him if he liked the rock n roll, namely WCBS-FM?

He said "Yeah, add that one too."
I then typed in the web page for WCBS-FM and got Jack.

That is how I found out, I was shocked and went to the NYRMB to comfirm what happened.

Eariler in the week, I had talked to a old friend who I worked with in radio on the west coast many years ago and he told me that Jack might come to NYC before July 4th.

He just wasn't sure who would bring it, we both thought it would be WPLJ.

We were both wrong.

A side note, I've not gone inside Duane Reade since the format change and won't again unless they stop advertising on the entire CBS cluster.

Peace,

Michael
