The Jack voice is done by Howard Cogan (www.howardcogan.com). He does the voice for Jack on every Jack FM station (even the ones that have DJs) in Canada and the US, except for the station in Buffalo.

Thanks for clarifying that. I knew that it was definitely not Al.:)
