Subject: Question:

As you know, it is now over six months since the format changed from oldies to Jack on WCBS FM. In that time, we have seen a couple of ratings books plus the monthly arbitrends. Despite the public comments made by Infinity Broadcasting, the numbers are not what they were when oldies were heard 24 hours a day on the station.

Do you know anyone that listens to Jack, talks about it and when doing so has anything positive to say about it?

In my daily life, I do not personally know anyone that listens to the station since it changed and if they talk about it, it is in a negative way. What do you find when you talk to your friends?
