I totally agree with this. A letter and medallion a month later and offering to give free entries don't always "cut it". When you collect as much money as they do, you cannot let mistakes happen and just go on (to make the "show" look good). You need to stop, have an hour or so intermission, whatever it would take and get it RIGHT the first time. It was handled badly and I know several competitive girls that will not go back because they have parents that care about their feelings and that will not be fall for a con again. LMNC ruined their reputation last year and I don't see how they can get it back. -- ~~ LMNC 2008 ~~
