Do you know where this is? I must have missed where his name was described. I was thinking that he was from around Parthenope which is present day Naples, and that his parents might have been the king and queen around that region. I know SK is changing a bit of the mythology to suite the stories, and often there is more than one version of the myths. Parthenope could be totally unrelated.
