So many things...I loved the fact that I didn't know the herione. Yes was I the only one who didn't know this was Katra's HEA? Second I love the way SK has weaved in the mytholgy. Sin, was great tortured hero but had to save the world. Artemis, while loving Kat, still used, lied and down right refused to help. I loved the fact that Ash loved his daughter and she loved him back. Ash really needed it!

One of the funniest parts was on page 47&48, Kat conversation with Apollymi. "...ahhh, the beauty of annihilation. There's nothing like it." The whole conversation is a hoot. Simi and Xirena are so funny together. I totally enjoyed this entire book. Two THUMBS UP!

I was floored when Artemis said to Kat "We'll make more"..what the huh? How can she say she cares about Ash, that she's changed when she can be so cavalier about the human race? Sin has good cause to hate the Heifer-Cow! Speaking of which, Simi was so funny in interacting with her sister . What a fun relationship. And all those QVC sparklies! I did have a problem with continually hearing how powerful Kat was but she kept getting her butt kicked, even in the beginning with the first gallu. I would have liked to see some of her power. I also felt at times she was incredibly naive. Why was she horrified at the beheading of the woman after she saw Sin say a prayer for her. Things like that bothered me. -- Leiha
