Subject: For me,it was a great read overall but the second half of the book was a little disappointing.I think, like Beth said, how could it ever be enough? I wanted an emotional,gut-wrenching book.I wanted to weep & cry & rage, and that's what I got,the first 400 or so pages. It met & totally exceeded my expectations, the first half.Theories i'd had for years were proven/expanded,in a nasty way.I was lost a little,in the second half, trying to know Tory, and then with her turning into the whatever-Atlantian guardian thing. Then Artie has some kind of goon squad/mafia cult thing, that annoyed me,trying to keep up.But the important thing,to me,was that it wasn't crap.I got what I wanted,at least the first half, and it was so wonderful that I think that carried me through some of the parts in the second half that bugged me.
