• We had a wonderful weekend. We roomed with Kate and her mom. And, we got to hang out with Cheyenne and Kyla (and their nana and mom), and Ms. Susan and Miss Megan. It was one of my favorite times at a pageant. Caroline won 6 and up Overall Swimwear!!! We were thrilled! There were so many beautiful girls there. Caroline's team did great at DI. It was a practice. • How are you doing today? I hope you're all better now. Shannon got to go home yesterday. She got around 8:15 last night. The doctor wanted her to stay another couple of days, but Stuart told him she needed to be home in her own bed. Kassie got well and went back to school this week. • Hope you had a great Valentine's Day! Thank you for the wonderful package!!! Raspberry is one of my all-time favorite fragrances. I'm going to really enjoy the body butter and scrub!!!! And that was sweet of you to send the cute bags with candy for the girls. They're going to love them. I'm sure they'll share the candy with me....he, he. The bags are really cute. They're perfect to pack jewelry and/or hairclips for pageants. Thank you so much!!!!! Oh, and guess what....Caroline's DI team placed 3rd out of 150 teams last weekend in a practice meet. • Hi there, how are you doing? What do you have planned for the weekend? Any pageants? I leave tomorrow morning with Caroline and her mom to fly to Corpus Christie. The DI team will be competing at State! The kids at school are going to give them a send off tomorrow morning. They're going to line the walls and hold signs up and cheer as the team members walk down the hall to leave for the airport. Isn't that exciting!! I'm sure Caroline's mom will be taking pictures!!!   • I had my fingers crossed for Caroline and her team. Bet they had a lot of fun. We are doing a state pageant this weekend. Should be fun just seeing some pageant buddies. It seems like a long time since we have been to a pageant. We will finally get to meet Megan, she is helping Susan now. Mandymo was named Student of the Week again. We were very proud of her. Kev and Mo both made the honor roll this time too. We are in the middle of a big ole storm brewing and both kids are so interrested in the "dipping" cloud. Might be a tornado soon. Yikes. We are waiting to collect some golf ball size hail. Got the buckets all ready. We believe in being aware of what is going on not being scared. I go see Phantom this Saturday. I can't wait!!! Then I get to see a beautiful Easter musical at Church on Sunday. They have it every year and I love it. After Church the DeMerses, Duncans, Janie, my son, and my in-laws will all meet at my house for Easter dinner. We always have a great time. We'll have an egg hunt for the kids.   • Our weekend will be filled with Easter Egg Hunts, Church events and family dinner at Cindy's. The kids really love all the egg hunts and we try to schedule them so they can make several.
