Hiya, Babes!

Sounds like my surgery is going to be next week. I just got off the phone with the doc's office. Wow, that was fast! lol So, it'll be on Wednesday morning, because he wants to keep me overnight for a couple of days to keep an eye on me. Maybe we could set up our web cams and that way she can hear and see me and vv? It's not the same as holding her, but I gyess it'll have 2 do 4 now. Of course, if you want to come visit me this weekend or early next week b4 the op, I'd really love that, 2, but considering that youre just getting home, I completely understand if u don't wanna hop right back on a jet again. lol It's up 2 u, babe. Just let me know what u wanna do, ok? :)

>Oh, God, Wolf! Don’t bring Shy into this. It has
>nothing to do with him.
Oh. I didn't mean for it to sound like I'm jealous or something like that. I just meant, well, nm. It was dumb. Sorry. Der. :P
>right now he’s just someone I could sit down and have
>a conversation with, a real face-to-face conversation,
>without having to use baby talk, d’ya know what I
>mean? I’m leaving New Zealand in an hour, I don’t know
>if I’ll ever see him again or not.
I totally know what you mean. LOL But, I hope that if you had a good time and he seems like a nice guy, you'll be able to hook up again. Whatever makes you happy. :)

He's a real jerk, Bri. You're better off without him. All I can say is I'm really, truly sorry. *And I mean that.* I wish I could've been there for you when you had Audie. Of course, I probably would've passed out like I did with Sahara. lol Scary stuff! lol They roused me in time to cut the cord and then I think I blacked out again, I don't really remember. lol
>
>She’s beautiful. She’s got light tan skin (light-tan,
>did that make sense? lol).
Light tan? Oh, yeah? Oh. That's really pretty. :) Yeah, I got it.
People say she looks like
>me, and I guess I kind of see it. She’s got
>greenish-brown eyes and dark, dark brown hair (her
>eyes and hair colours are constantly changing, when
>she was born she had dark brown eyes and light brown
>hair!).
Is it curly or straight or can you even tell yet? Not that it matters, I'm just trying to fit it to the mental image I have in my head already of her. :)
I read to her almost every night, sometimes
>baby books like Goodnight Moon, and sometimes
>Tolkien’s books.
I love goodnight moon. I read that and sports illustrated to Sahara. lol
We’re half-way through The Hobbit
>already. And it depends on how tired she is, or how
>often during the day she’s napped, whether she falls
>asleep when I read to her. She giggles and giggles
>when I do all the little voices in the book.
I'd giggle too! lol That's so cute! Omgsh! I just suddenly felt homesick. lol
>
>I’ve started her on the bottle, about two weeks ago.
>In a few weeks she’s supposed to be able to feed
>herself (hold the bottle herself, at least), according
>to one of the baby-books I brought along with me. Yes,

>when we fly, or she’ll just sit there playing with her
>hands and feet, smiling and giggling away.
Oh, wow, Bri. She sounds like the happiest baby in the world. Good job, Mummy. :) How precious.
>
>*rolls eyes* No, she does not call him da-da.
(ok, I was kidding about that. lol Totally tongue-in-cheek there)
>
>Work, lots of work. Every moment Audie’s asleep during
>the day (and sometimes at night) I’m working, writing
>new pieces for the newspaper and for my book.
Oh, gosh, Bri. Well, take care of yourself, Babe, ok? Don't wear yourself to the bone, ok? Do you ever get time to sleep?
Michael
>called me the other day,
That sounds promising, except the part about not getting to travel as much. I know how much you love that.
>
>Hey, com’on, Wolf! Ask away, I’m an open book.
LOL Ok, well, so, like, what do you like to dress her in? Does she wear lacy frilly dresses or pants or what do you like to dress her in? And, what's her room look like back at your flat? Like do you have theme, like Noah's ark or something liek that? Does she like stuffed animals, yet? I picked some up and I made sure they don't have buttons for eyes or any parts that she could tear off and choke on. Plus, it said non-allergic, or something like that, so the babies won't get allergies or asthma from chewing on them, which they're bound to do, right? lol Anyway, I got a seafoam green one for Audie and a pink one for Sahara. Audie's is a little dolphin and Sahara's is a hippo. lol
>
>It really means a lot to me that
>you think that. :)
I do think that. :)
>
>I haven’t talked to her lately, but after hearing
>that, I’ll definetly have to give her a call and bitch
>her out for not informing me herself!
Sorry that I asked so many questions and made you write so much. This one probably isn't much shorter. lol
Well, gotta run, but I'll be back in a little bit. I've gotta go feed Sahara and change her.
