But I notice the guy there says that he's discontinued them. Maybe you can still find a copy of it somewhere?

iTunes is supposed to be able to convert videos into iPod/iPhone versions but those menu entries are always greyed out for me -- I think maybe you need to have QuickTime Pro installed for that (in which case you could also do the conversion from within QuickTime using the File -> Export).

Can't think why I've been using iSquint.

Download Handbrake, start it, select the video you want to convert, click "Toggle Presets" to open the presets drawer and then select Apple and then the format you want, which will either be iPod or iPhone & iPod Touch.
