Subject: A mini poll

Coldplay played in Berne last Wednesday and I couldn't go cause I had an exam the following morning, which went terribly so I might as well not have studied at all and gone anyway.

So! What are your favorite Coldplay songs? I can't really limit it to one, my favorites are The Scientist, Amsterdam, Fix You, A Message, Twisted Logic, Kingdom Come, Politik, Swallowed in the Sea...aaaand Viva la Vida. Couldn't see what was so great about it initially but now I can't get enough of it.

I hate Coldplay with a fiery passion. I would particularly like to cave Chris Martin's head in with a baseball bat.

How're you BTW? How come you have exams in August/September?

I'm about to go to bed. Working all weekend. Big deadline this week. Site going live Wednesday. Supposed code freeze for 9am Monday, but it looks like that is not going to happen.

I really can't stand Coldplay either, the irritation factor is far too high, my hackles rise the minute I hear that annoying moany voice, sorry sweetie!!

*waits in line for Darren's baseball bat*

Fine, same question with Radiohead please! ;p

I'm good, I was super stressed for a while there but I'll be spending the coming week in Locarno, Ticino. I'm feeling a wee bit sickly and I really hope it's just due to lack of sleep cause I don't want to come down with swine flu on vacation!

I quite like these, Street Spirit, The Tourist and Lucky, not that I have any of their albums, I only hear them when my son is home, he's a big Radiohead fan.

I really like the songs Talk and Don't Panic. I think perhaps I'd be prepared to give some of their songs more of a chance were it not for Chris Martin and his general Chrismartineness.

Radiohead-wise, my favourite songs would be Lucky, Let Down, Karma Police, There There and Idioteque. Although again, I can't stand Thom Yorke.
