my old hula hoop!! I've been trying it out, only managed 15 twirls so far but I think I'll keep at it, I have to lose the love handles somehow my jeans are too damned tight around the waist, anyway its fun to do unlike most other exercises

we should market that. that...and jump roping...and hopscotch. it'd be a new fad.

one of my fav games as a kid, skipping (jump roping) too, happy days

up to 27 twirls now, getting addicted, can't stop!!


p.s. just remembered another favourite, spinning the top, used to be able to keep it going for ages :-)

I want to be a kid again, just for a little while
