I went out last night and I should be out right now except my friend canceled (because her boyfriend invited her to dinner, after they spent the whole day together already) so instead I'm munching cashews and am watching Queer As Folk.

Sorry to have been incommunicado, but we've been at my parents for a week, then Richard's parents for a week, and we're just settling back in at home since Friday night.

We had a lovely Christmas, even though I had a serious bout of flu that left me feeling horrific for most of the time. Bleurgh. Not nice. Got a nice haul of pressies though, and had a nice time visiting family, so all was good.

Spent NYE at Richard's sisters pub, which was great, as it meant we had cheap drinks all night!

That's about it really. Back to work tomorrow. Aiiiieeee! :-(
