eating two thick slices of toast with melted cheddar cheese

I can't resist it when I'm in one of my moods

its very light on the stomach, not like thick slices of toast and cheese!! Actually it didn't keep me awake at all, slept like a log last night, feel much better today, mind you, that might be because its Friday ;-)
