Beetroot is very common in salads in Europe. Not in USA? They even use it in France, and as France is the culinary capital of the world it must be good.

Although possibly Andy was drinking beetroot juice. They're weird up north.

it fell off my fork and onto my chest,even I couldn't stomach beetroot juice, ick!
