and the doc for the first time sang my praises and did some math and said i'm doing awesome. he said normally band patients lose %50 of their excess weight in 2 years. i've already lost 25% of my weight in 4.5 months. so...yay me.
now tooooooooday...i feel craptastic. not being able to eat for two days...and having my stomach strung up wicked tight has left me feeling barfy and dizzy a bit. drinkin' some hot chocolate now though and that seems to help.
i need new bras. off to look for some now...

and yay you indeed!! glad its going so well, as for hot chocolate I couldn't live without it, it's so yummy, especially with swirly cream and choccy bits on top.

www.barenecessities.com - they seem to have the largest selection and the cup size i need.
i really wear and tear on my bras. and in truth i don't wash them delicately like i should.

I don't hand wash them like I should, if they have an underwire I''m sure the washer knackers them up and changes the shape, when I buy them they are fine but after a few washes they don't fit at all and they hurt something terrible by the end of the day, can't wait to get the damned things off!!
