1. When is the last time you felt really sad?
-Yesterday.

2. What is the one object you own that you couldn't do without?
-Technically I'm sure I could function without them but I'd hate to be without my diary or mp3 player or lip balm.

3. What website do you visit most often?
-Probably Google or LJ.

4. What is the object sitting closest to your computer?
-Oh god, I have stuff strewn all over my desk and bunches of it around the computer. The very closest things are probably post-it notes, my agenda and a framed photo of my parents after they got married.

5. What is one thing you wish you could forget?
-There's this line a guy once used on me which was so pathetic and ridiculous in that situation, it isn't easily translated but suffice it to say that I never want to hear that again!!!

6. What music genre makes you scream?
-Generic hip-hop, house and trance.

7. What are your top three stress relievers?
-Sleep, food, zoning out online. Unimaginative, I know.

8. What are your favourite things you to bring to a picnic?
-I can't remember when I last had a real picnic, actually! I'd probably bake chocolate chip cookies and make a caeser salad or something. Or fruit pie. Or chocolate dipped fruit.

9. What's one really good book that you recommend I read?
-Camus, The Just Assassins. It's a play but it's short and awesome.

10.What are your views on online dating?
-I'm skeptical, although I know a few people who've been successful.

11.What would you do if a severely depressed friend pushed you out of their life?
-I'm tenacious... at least to a certain degree. I'd try to help and remain involved.

12.You hate it most when people ..... ?
-Are apathetic and ignorant.

13.What would we find in your refridgerator if we were rummaging through it today?
-Fruit pie, yoghurt, leftover ratatouille, sausages, a can of frosting imported from L.A., eggs, cheese, peaches, apples and grapes, skim milk, diet coke, fruit juice, tomatos, carrots, peppers and zucchini, lots of condiments.

14.What's one thing in your room that's cool to you but dorky to others?
-A magic 8 ball. Don't hate, it's pretty old!

15.What does it take for you to be rude to someone?
-For them to annoy me. Unless I'm in a spectacularly bitchy mood, that usually takes quite a bit.

16.Go make yourself a sandwich, what are you going to put in it?
-Turkey or chicken, American or Gruyère cheese, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, mayo and mustard on grilled whole wheat.

17.How much of an impact does your mobile/cell phone have on your life, could you live without it now?
-Quite a large impact, I'd feel terribly lost and out of the loop without it. I know that I was able to live a bunch of years without it but now I can't imagine how!

18.What is the meaning behind your screen name?
-Initially it was Gabriel, after a favorite literary character, Gabriel became Gabismo, Gabismo became Gabs.

19.What's your favourite thing to do when you're bored?
-Play with my cat, randomly text friends, watch BtVS or AtS episodes.

20.When is the last time you felt really happy?
-Saturday night.

Through a Glass Darkly-Bill Hussey and The Devil's Layrinth-John Saul, both excellent modern horror novels.

It can work out fine for some folks, I personally know of three couples who met that way and it was successful for them.

11.What would you do if a severely depressed friend pushed you out of their life?
Be a pain in the arse and make myself a real nuisance until they gave in, no way would I abandon a friend who was so ill whatever they said or did to me.

Are rude, ignorant and obnoxious

Funnily enough I just more or less cleared out my fridge and cleaned it, I now just have some cold chicken, salad, apple pie and pate in the fridge and some Ben&Jerry's in the freezer

A couple of small framed very colourful pictures of two budgie's my son bought me when he was five for my birthday, I love them but everyone else thinks they're hilarious

Whey they're rude to me

Roast beef, onions, salad and mayonnaise

I simply couldn't live without my mobile, I depend on it totally, it runs my life
