right now...it's just the band. they haven't fill it yet.

once a person starts to feel more hunger...and/or slows down losing weight...they fill it up and tighten the area going into the stomach...and then also minimizing the actual stomach pouch.

i'm scheduled officially for the 15th.

i went online and printed out lists and lists of OK veggies and proteins. it's mostly the Adkins type mentality. also some recipes. that should help.

mostly...i need to eat in the morning. i'm so anti-hungry and thirsty in the morning it's hard to gag down much.

didn't really understand how it worked, thought it was all done at once, in that case you should be ok hopefully once they've tightened it for you and not get too many hunger pangs.

Some mornings I can't face food at all and then others I'm ravenous, have an enormous breakfast then don't eat for the rest of the day, they do say you should eat more in the morning then less for each meal as the day goes on, gives you time to burn it off more easily, at least that's the theory.
