(He had murmured his assent to her needing a bottle of water and crossed the greathall, wandering up the stairs and into the chambers they had allowed him to use. He spent a few moments getting the fire going again and then sat down to take his shoes off. Looking over towards the bed, he suddenly had a flash of the memories of what had happened in that bed the night before.. with the two women fawning over him and competing for his attentions. . the thought of it brought along a strong flash of guilt and pain and then suddenly he was just sitting there thinking about how wrong it was for him to be with her when he had been unfaithful. Technically he could use the drunken clause for an excuse.. but that didn't erase the memories, or take away the fact that what had been blatant arousal for her before was now a nervous lack thereof. SIghing, he moved over to sit on the bed, leaving his shoes by the chair and leaning back on the headboard. Maybe once she was there he would be able to focus on her and things would be fine.)
