Wow,
Mr. Rauch was my teacher too, in about 1970 or so. I remember him because we used to take those Iowa reading comp tests and whoever scored the highest got to sit in this beautiful leather chair that he awarded the winner. i wonder if he remembers that.I think that I was either 4th or 5th grade. I'm 40 now which would have made me 9 or 10 at the time? This is truly amazing. I do wish him the best.
I have a 6 year old, live in south florida and wish that my child has the caliber of teachers that I had as a youngster.
