I used my character points to buy the basic melee combat thing. Then some evil level 8 guy got hacked to pieces with my axe. I got a ton of xp and a nice lot of morality points. Although it might take me a little while to reach the mass murdering stage Lamar is at.

Some points of interest you might want to keep a note of in your scratchpad:

Chafin memorial hospital - (14, 8)
Tebeka fire station - (13, 7)
Northcamp police precinct (10, 9)
Gas station - (12, 5)

There's nothing really to the north of us apart from sea. There doesn't seem to be any penalty for having two characters in the same place. Or multiple characters in a faction. So I have Eric Schmidt grinding away while I send out Highland to scout and find stuff. Remember, if you're in need of ammo check the stronghold safe first, before going searching.
