If you'll look at our Faction Karma I think we have a -20 penalty for having the multis. I know it went back up once I dropped Stan. It can be counteracted once someone hits level 10 and starts Infusing other areas for our faction. The higher our Faction Karma gets we get certain bonuses for everyone in the faction. Check out some of the factions with a ton of members to see more details.
