(If she thought she was going to disappear on him again, she was sorely mistaken. He had learned during their time apart just how much he needed her to survive and to maintain some sense of normalcy in his life.. and he wasn't about to let her walk out on him again, not without a fight. At the moment, he was just concerned with finding Shay and figureing out what the hell was going on with his libido. His half of the silence was brooding as he navigated the black SUV towards the CSI's local HQ, pulling up outside and murmuring that he would get the files before leaving her in the car and disappearing inside to sign out the evidence and files on the case, setting the small black box in the backseat of the SUV before climbing back in and driving down the street to a local family owned restaurant.) We'll be able to work here without prying eyes. (He said as though that settled it, before getting out to get the box and leading the way inside. The older lady who was working as hostess seated them in the back of the restaurant at Kyrian's request and gave them privacy enough so that Kyr could lay out the various items in the box.) After a few moments she ordered a cup of coffee and a muffin even though she wasn't really hungry. When it arrived, she immediatly dumped the required four packets of sugar in before she looked up at Kyr expectantly, though the expression wasn't the generally warm and affectionate one, it was pure business.
