Just to see you again..


(Ever since the discovery of his destroyed cell phone he had been out of contact with anyone familiar with him. He was used to being dark, that wasn't the issue, it was that he had no way of getting in contact should he need to - which he did. He had intel to pass on to Skeeter and he wanted to know if any accounts of female agents being kidnapped had come in.. perhaps Gia or Haylie were in trouble and that thought had him feeling on edge. As soon as the plane touched down in RD he had gotten to a payphone and called in to Headquarters, only to find out that the facility was on lockdown and no incoming or outgoing phone calls were being transferred until security was replaced. He had used the remainder of his quarters calling his apartment, Skeeter's cell phone and as a last resort he had called Shay's apartment even though he had planned on surprising her. No one was answering him anywhere and he was starting to get downright nervous. How was he supposed to know about the shooting at HQ, the fact that Kyrian was staying in a hotel room and that Skeeter had replaced his phone after the theft.. it was just coincidence that was making him feel paranoid. By the time he made it to Shay's apartment he had talked himself out of the paranoia, only to come face to face with crime scene tape on his wife's apartment.. and then he just lost it. He was out of contact, his wife was a crime scene and he had no idea what was going on and now he was just plain angry with everything. A few hours later, he was standing in front of the headquarters building and had the young security guard in a headlock, demanding to know what the hell was going on with his wife when the man told him that no one was available to give him information. They had told him that the commander had been killed and that he was required in a meeting with the head of the Department of Defense. Growling, he had disappeared inside the building, demanding to know what was going on and where the hell everyone was.. in a way he was sort of foreshadowing his upcoming job title and taking control of headquarters. Everything was in chaos and it was getting on his nerves, so he starting barking orders as he walked down the hallway to meet with the head of the dept. of defense. Less than an hour later, he was promoted to commander and captain of the agency and was filled in on the disappearance of his wife and the various other things that had gone on in the days that followed. He had taken up where Kyrian had left off with the two captives in holding, interrogating them for any and all information he could gain on Shay's whereabouts.. it just seemed like wasting time though and he was getting angry wondering where Kyrian, Skeeter, Haylie and Gia were.)
