Subject: She laughed at that, his words bringing a sparkle to her eyes that hadn't been there before. "Yeah, you love it till we're fighting and then you'll be cursin' it." She stated with a grin, glancing at him for a second before she turned her eyes back to the road. She flipped on the radio, turning it on low just to have something to hum along with before she spoke again a few minutes later. "Yeah, we should wait till tonight to give you another morphine shot, as much as that will suck, but your going to be sore as hell and you'll need it. Until then...you can just keep poppin the vic's...but you gotta eat something." She stated firmly, he had been grumbling about eating, she knew he didn't have an appetite but with all the meds he was on, he had to eat.

(He admitted, knowing that there was a good possibility they would argue in the future.. but at least she would know how she affected him. He sighed at the thought of food and a morphine shot.) As long as we're putting some space between us and the safehouse I will be fine with forcefeeding myself. (He said, though his tone was dryer.. he had a hard time eating when he was on pain meds. At the moment, the way his back was hurting him he would have agreed to have his eyelids pierced just for the possibility of a morphine shot and some sleep.
