(He was silent for a long moment as he looked at her, dumbstruck at her ability to look at their relationship so broadly and put everything into perpective for him. (He said as he shifted from her and brought her to lay on his chest as he rested on his back, looking up at her with playfully loving eyes.. he rarely got into this sort of mood and she was the only person he'd known who could make him feel so lighthearted.) I know it souds conceited, but I know we'll make it - there is no doubt in my mind.. through the good and bad we'll work together. (He knew the first tiem he came home on injury leave she would fuss over him, just as he would worry until they had captured whoever was out to hurt her.. but there was nothing they could do to eliminate the threat, he could just as easily be killed driving to the corner store.. so why sit at home and let life pass by? He was an excellent agent, one of the best, and he would make it through to get home to her if he had to cheat death.. that was just the way it was going to be... no one took a McLean out of duty.) I hope you know that we're going to have to have a guest room for Kyrian.. cause he's bound to be a bachelor forever.. and he just can't live on his own. (He smirked, speaking of his partner like a clingy toddler.)

She smiled softly, nodding a little. "Yeah, I know we will." She stated lovingly, pressing a kiss to his collarbone gently, somewhat playfully. "I know baby, we'll make it...I'll miss you like crazy but it will be easier now, knowing that you'll be coming back to me whenever you can." She stated with a grin, pressing a kiss to his lips before she tipped her head thoughtfully. "I don't know about the bachelor thing forever, I mean, I am more then willing to let Kyr stay with us whenever but with the way him and Haylie were looking at each other...I think there is a chance that he might have a place to go on his own." She stated softly, thoughtfully. "You should have seen the look on her face when he asked her to keep her hair down, Remy, I think she would have gone and gotten him the moon if he had asked at that moment."
