Well it was a habit he was going to have to get over seeing how if he lifted his arms over his head it just made the wounds shift and crack open, making it harder and harder for them to heal. The morphine only seemed to mess with his head for the first couple of hours after the shot and then it evened out but he was to stubborn to realize that. She came up in front of him, her hand going over his shirt to gently pull it off of him, letting the wounds on his back get some oxygen. At his comment, she raised an eyebrow, her voice slightly amused. "Right now you don't seem to like much of anything, Kyrian." She stated as she checked to make sure there was no seepage coming through the bandages on his hip and shoulder before she stepped back. The rings under her eyes were getting darker by the hour it seemed and she just looked haggard but she still was refusing to sleep. "Lay down, you'll be more comfortable..." She murmured softly, just wanting him to be in less pain and more comfortable. "I'll go get you some vicadins and water."

- She smiled a little at his order before she let out a soft breath. She couldn't sleep, especially not around him, she would cry out, flail in her sleep, thats what had happened last time she tried and she didn't want to accidently hit him. Brushing away the thoughts, she got his pills and brought them in, sitting on the side of the bed and offering him both the meds and the water. Her hand shifted to brush through his hair softly before she kicked off her own shoes and yawned a little, still unwilling to close her eyes though she did shift to lay down on her back next to him, her eyes up on the ceiling. "You could like that your alive." She stated softly, her eyes moving over to him for a second before they went back to the ceiling. "..and you could like that I am the one stuck here with you instead of Skeeter, I think my company is a little more likeable to you then his, at least." (NT) -- Haylie, 15:58:33 02/03/06 Fri
